CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS OF SERVICES

1. Service exchange policy

iGuide does not have a service exchange policy, so customers need to carefully and fully check the information before using the service provided by iGuide.

2. Service cancellation policy

2.1. For Customers

Due to the nature of the services provided, iGuide does not allow customers to unilaterally cancel the registered service when iGuide is providing the service without violating any obligations under the commitment.

In case iGuide fails to meet the committed schedule, at the end of the commitment period on the system, iGuide will record the customer as eligible for a full refund of the service fee and within a maximum of 07 (seven) working days, iGuide will refund the entire service fee the customer has paid in advance, the fee paid to the state management agency will not be refunded.

2.2. For the Company

The Company has the right to cancel the provision of services and not be required to refund the service fee when:

  • Customers automatically cancel the service when iGuide does not violate the committed schedule.
  • The customer provided incorrect or missing information and did not provide additional information within the time limit required by iGuide.

3. Service Refund Policy

In case the Company unilaterally cancels the service provision without the Customer's fault, the Customer will be refunded the entire service fee or a portion of the service fee previously paid to the Company after deducting reasonable expenses paid according to the Company's current prices and legal regulations.

  • Service refund period: within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Company sends an official notice to the customer via email and/or text message or any other method as prescribed by the Company.
  • After the Company cancels the service and completes the refund to the customer (if any), the Company no longer has any obligations or rights related to the customer. The Company reserves the right to perform or refuse to perform further services for the customer.

4. Validity/Applicability

  • The policy is effective from December 1, 2023.
  • The Company reserves the right to update and change this Policy at any time.

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds of Third Party Services

Please check the relevant Supplier's terms and conditions for information about your rights to change or cancel your booking. Note that We may have also provided you with some information about your rights during the booking process as part of these terms.

If a customer's service order is changed or cancelled by the relevant Supplier, the terms and conditions of that Supplier generally apply. Please contact us directly on the website: iguide.ai, We will assist you within the scope of our customer care services.
