– After the broth boils, add shredded dried seaweed, stir well and simmer. Dissolve tapioca starch in water and add to the soup pot to thicken the soup.

Note: If you don't like dried seaweed, you can use fresh seaweed. With fresh seaweed, when you buy it, you need to soak it overnight before cooking for good health and squeeze the seaweed with salt to reduce the fishy smell.
